I have a multidisciplinary background, having worked in the Energy sector, Medical Care industry, and, for the past decade, Technology. Throughout my career, I have been humbled with awards like the Co-Innovation Award at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco and multiple Global Leadership & Strategic Vision recognitions for business transformation.

I am a builder and enjoyed leading high-performing sales teams globally, covering the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia, while developing strategies to scale revenue across diverse markets. I contribute with experience in managing complex go-to-market initiatives, aligning marketing strategies with sales execution, and optimizing funnels to maximize impact. 

I believe in building great teams by focusing on people first—understanding what drives them, what holds them back, and helping them move forward. I am obsessed with data-driven decision-making because understanding the numbers is key to making faster and better decisions
